What forms of payment are accepted?

I booked a private class, now what?
After booking a private class, please wait for a administrator or educator to reach out to you via Discord.
Response time may take anywhere from 1-3 business days, but if it takes longer or you run into any issues, feel free to reach out to us directly by opening a support ticket and we’ll help you get enrolled.
Are courses/classes included with VIP?
Courses and Classes are a separate offering from VIP.
Private classes are educational Zoom classes hosted by our educators, where we teach our personal methodologies, lessons learned, and structured approaches to help traders build a strong foundation. Courses are the pre-recorded versions of that.
VIP, on the other hand, is our real-time alert and trading chat service designed for those seeking hands-on market experience and guidance.

Can I cancel at any time?
Private classes are a non-recurring, one-time purchase that provides you access to calls/services with the analyst you have booked a private class with. Pricing and class duration may vary depending on the terms you agree on with the given analyst.
