We provide educational content and subscription-based services related to financial markets, including access to private communities hosted on third-party platforms such as Discord. All services are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
All payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing any product or subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
We offer subscription-based services that provide access to our platform, content, and associated features. This section governs your payment obligations, billing practices, automatic renewals, and related policies, and forms an essential part of your agreement with Trend Analytics Pte. Ltd.
6.1 Subscriptions and Billing
Trend Analytics Pte. Ltd. offers certain services on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your selected service. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method accordingly.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of your access to the services.
6.2 Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method without further notice.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring that cancellation occurs before the applicable renewal date. If you do not cancel prior to renewal, you will be charged for the next billing period, and you agree that such charges are valid and authorized.
6.3 Grandfathered Pricing and Reinstatement
Certain users may be eligible for legacy or “grandfathered” pricing based on prior subscription terms. If such a subscription is canceled or allowed to expire, the user may retain eligibility to reinstate their subscription at the same grandfathered rate provided that reactivation occurs within seven (7) days of the subscription’s expiration date.
If the subscription is not reinstated within this seven (7) day period, the user acknowledges and agrees that any future subscription will be subject to the then-current pricing and terms in effect at the time of re-subscription. Trend Analytics Pte. Ltd. is under no obligation to honor any prior pricing beyond this reinstatement window.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine eligibility for grandfathered pricing and to modify, revoke, or discontinue such pricing at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, manipulation, or misuse of subscription terms.
All sales are final. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trend Analytics Pte. Ltd. does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds for any purchases or subscription renewals under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, lack of usage, failure to cancel prior to renewal, or any perceived lack of results.
You acknowledge and agree that all services provided are digital, educational, and made available immediately upon purchase, and therefore are deemed fully delivered at the time access is granted. Due to the consumable nature of these services, you expressly waive any right to cancel, withdraw, or request a refund after purchase, except where required by applicable law.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, including by clicking any button labeled “Purchase,” “Subscribe,” or similar, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclaimer, and that such action constitutes a legally binding agreement.
You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting Trend Analytics Pte. Ltd. to attempt to resolve the issue. Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute may constitute a breach of these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, revoke access to all services including any associated platforms such as Discord, and provide evidence of your agreement to these Terms to the relevant payment processor, including Stripe and PayPal. We further reserve the right to pursue recovery of any amounts owed, including associated fees, costs, and damages.
You agree not to misuse our services, including copying, redistributing, reselling, or exploiting any content, or engaging in behavior that may harm the Company or other users. Failure to comply will constitute a breach of these Terms and we reserve the right to terminate your account and/or revoke access to any and all services associated with Trend Analytics.
All content and materials are the exclusive property of Trend Analytics Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected fraud. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
Participation in any affiliate or referral program is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account or referral link at any time. Referral commissions, payout structures, and eligibility may be modified, reduced, withheld, or canceled at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or activity deemed harmful or deceptive. All determinations are made at our sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend Analytics Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, trading losses, or service interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
